When the traffic your trapped in stretches for miles, do you long for the
utter stillness of a cool northern lake, where the loons mysterious call
echoes between the canyons of trees. You decide to try an outpost
experience at Manitoba Trophy Outposts one of Ontario’s most experienced
outfitters.
Your adventure begins with
a floatplane ride into a territory as vast and wild as a traveler can
reach. This legendary place will be your kingdom for the week. You will be
the only explorers to tap the riches of this land. It’s Trophy Pike, It’s
prolific Walleye?
It is a privilege to fish
here, roaming these cool northern waters, and to do so in complete comfort
and safety. Enjoy a day in this wild kingdom then return to the warmth and
comfort of your cabin nestled among the pines of a protected island. Truly
this is how fishing should be enjoyed by everyone.
Your own Private
“Kingdom” For The Week
Manitoba Trophy Outposts
has been a huge success since we began operation. These remote outpost
lakes, loaded with fish, have been extremely popular right from the start.
Our guests have loved the beautifully designed, large, well outfitted
cabins and the relatively small (8-12 miles in length), easy to navigate
and simple to fish lakes. We’ve just begun and the number of smiling faces
of satisfied guests keeps growing.
There are three lakes to
choose from (Warrington, Hornell and Mantricia lakes). You’re on your own
but still have the comforting feeling of having connection to the outside
world by Satellite telephone.
“Roughing it in Comfort &
Safety”
These outstanding outposts
have amenities that will surprise even the veteran outpost fisherman.
Large, complete front kitchens fully equipped with all cooking and eating
utensils, propane lights, cooking range, barbeques, deep-fryers, fridge
and even a freezer. Each cabin has a spacious dining area, living room,
two bedrooms with separate beds (bunks), comfortable mattresses and
pillows. Hot and cold running water with shower make it seem more like a
deluxe main lodge than a remote outpost.
For your peace of mind, all
of our Outposts have a 24 hour a day Satellite telephone located at camp.
For safety and comfort out on these beautiful lakes, we provide the large
14 foot aluminum boats and dependable motors (also spares at each outpost,
just in case) with safety cushions, life jackets, boat seats and landing
nets.
